Automatically compress any image regardless of its source or purpose, in order to save valuable disk space and speed up image retrieval and e-mailing. |
Certain image types, i.e., JPEGs, may be "commented" internally with your copyright notice or other "tracer", so that unauthorized copies may be easily detected. |

Depending on your industry, categories or types of images may be customized as: "Subject" or "Comparable" Property for real estate appraisers; "Memo", "Insurance Binder", "Quotation" for insurance agents; "Ticket," “Work Order” or "Contract" for energy or fuel provider; and so on. You may set up your own types. |
The system provides you with three (3) distinct feature components for importing and managing your image files: Scanning; Import/Compression/Search/Retrieval; Batch Compression. |
The scanning component recognizes your scanner's hardware and interfaces directly to it. |
The Import, Compress, Search/Retrieval and Organizational component allows you to label or name, organize and identify your images. You may include comments or notes for each image, plus up to 6 customizable fields (i.e., title, keywords, author, date, artist, contact subject, or anything you require). This is in addition to the document categories or types described above. |
Easily and effortlessly, search for one or more images, whether they are documents, photographs, or works of art, by running a search or "query". Queries may be saved for reuse later on. |
Retrieval results are quickly displayed on the screen. Reports may be pre-configured and saved for future use. |
An optional built-in OCR module allows you to index some or all of the words in a document image to further your document retrieval needs with minimal effort. |
The Batch Compression component is used for images that are already on your hard or network drive. |
